## Return Window
You have **30 days** from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items. Items must be unused, in like-new condition, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, accessories, and protective materials intact. This ensures we can restock them safely for other customers.

For order cancellations before shipment, contact us within **2 hours** of purchase—no questions asked.

## Eligible Items
Returns are accepted for:
– Multi-stage Scissor Jack and bundles (e.g., with Crank Handle, Ratchet Wrench, Height Extension, or Bag).
– 50-Ton Hydraulic Bottle Jack.
– Height Extension for Multi-stage Scissor Jack.
– Gortech Bag and Tool Organizer.

As long as the items meet the condition requirements above, you can return them for a full refund or exchange.

## Non-Returnable Items
To protect health, safety, and product integrity, the following cannot be returned:
– Used, installed, or damaged items (e.g., jacks that have been operated, as they pose safety risks).
– Personalized or custom-modified products.
– Items that are perishable, have expired, or are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons once unsealed.
– Products inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
– Final sale, clearance, or promotional items (marked as such at purchase).
– Hazardous materials once opened.

## How to Initiate a Return

2. **Prepare Your Package**: Repack securely in original materials. Include your invoice and RA number.
